I want to make buying jewellery online as accessible as possible.

I currently am set up to accept online orders in Australia only. if you are an international buyer, please contact me privately, I am happy to organise international shipping if it is practical.

My shipping rates are as follows:

Australia:

$17.50 flat rate.

International;

N/A

All items are sent with Australia post, express with tracking, insurance and signature on delivery.

Upon arrival, I will accept a refund for 14 days for the following;

• any damage that occurred during transport
• Any damage that occurs within the 14 days that occurs due to a pre existing problem (e.g., a loose stone)

If The item is damaged I will repair and return or refund upon request. If the item is irreparable, I will replace it, if it is feasible, otherwise a refund will be available. 

I will not accept refunds for;

• Change of mind
• Incorrect ring size, if the ring is the size you provided to me
• Any damage that was not due to a fault in the item, insead from wear. 

If the item needs repairing or changing in these situations, I am always willing to provide repairs and alterations for an extra cost.
